Information we collect
We collect account details, contact information, service address, booking information, communications, provider verification records and limited technical events needed to operate and secure the platform.
Payment card details are not stored by BarqFix. If card payments are enabled, they are processed by the disclosed payment provider.
Why we use data
We use data to create and manage bookings, connect customers with providers, verify businesses, prevent abuse, provide support, keep audit records, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use contact details for marketing without a valid basis or consent where required.
Sharing and storage
Booking details are shared only with the selected provider and assigned technician to deliver the requested service. Data may also be processed by infrastructure, email, analytics or payment suppliers under appropriate safeguards.
We retain records only as long as needed for service, warranty, dispute, accounting, security and legal purposes, then delete or anonymise them where reasonably possible.
Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable UAE law, you may ask to access, correct, transfer, restrict or erase eligible personal data, or object to certain processing. Send requests to support@barqfix.ae. We may verify identity before acting.
Security and contact
We use access controls, server-side sessions, role permissions, encrypted transport, audit records and operational monitoring. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
